Search Committee Procedures and Materials

根据终身教职和其他全职教职人员的招聘政策，招聘委员会进行教师招聘是必要的，也是预期的, AA 2012-04 (AAP 007.001).

Who is authorized to serve on a search committee? Per the AA 2012-04 (AAP 007.001) policy, paragraph 2.1, “招聘所有全职教员都需要选举产生的招聘委员会. 各系或同等单位应选举专任教员委员会，审查、推荐聘任及授予退任权. 遴选委员会的大多数成员应是终身教授和/或终身教授. 院系或同等单位也可以从院系或同等单位以外的相关学科中选出全职教员."

给遴选委员会成员的常见问题
  1. 如果我在过去两年内参加过招聘委员会, do I need to attend the workshop this year? 你只需要每两年参加一次教师招聘研讨会, 但是参加一个研讨会作为复习总是很有帮助的. However, 您需要每年完成CSU视频中的搜索和招聘，并签署保密协议.

  3. How do I print my certificate of completion? Follow this simple steps to print your certificates.

           3a. 在你登录CSU学习网站并完成视频之后.

           3b. Click the person-icon icon on the upper left hand corner.

           3c. Click "Reporting".

           3d. Click "Training Transcript".

           3e. Click the certificate-iconicon to print each certificate.
